Information Collection
If you are a user of our site, but do not use our contact-us form we
- do not collect any personal information about you
- do track Windows IIS Server Data/http data (such as IP address, browser type, referring web site address, domain name, access times, and which pages were accessed on the site)
This log data is collected in our server logs, so as to help diagnose problems with our Web server, to monitor certain aspects of web queries, analyze trends, and to administer our Web site. This collected information is not linked to any personal information that you may provide when contacting us, or ordering from us.

HallOfNames does not collect any demographic information.

Personal information is retained in a secure data base. The information is retained as long as you are a licensee of HallOfNames.

You can control your personal information by sending HallOfNames a request via postal mail (as other means are less secure). If we validate that you are the owner of the data, the information may be updated, or deleted.
We will not sell, give, share, rent, or trade your personal information with any company that is not part of Swyrich Corporation. Within the Swyrich Corporation information is used for the limited purposes stated here-in. Personal information will only be used for the stated purposes. You can request access to your information by contacting our Custom Service Representative.
Employees of Swyrich Corporation do not have access to your personal information, except at the time of order processing, or by the Data Base Adminstrator via secure password access. Admin access would be necessary to address data base maintenance issues, only.
Information Security
We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information from loss, misuse or alteration. We use security technology and procedures to protect information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We store information on a global secure server, with limited access, that is located in controlled facilities. When personal information is transmitted, such as a credit card number, we protect it through the use of 128 bit SSL encryption.
Information Protection for Children
HallOfNames is a general audience site, and is not directed at childeren. We do not knowlingly collect any personal information from children. We rate the site as child-safe.
